Since 2009, we have supported the internationally active crystal jewellery manufacturer, Swarovski, throughout Europe in the openings and refitting of branch stores.
In this, our responsibility is overall project management as well as project organization and services, plus object planning, realization and cost controlling.
Our process control software SPACE is used both in the implementation of the rollout and for the optimization of operations.
