German Design Award 2019
The design of Vapiano’s new head office in Cologne embodies its three central values: urban lifestyle, joy of life and taste. With the challenge to create a place where people meet as a community, an alternative workspace came into existence, which both inspires and unites. Two floors and 2,300 sqm encase the focal point of the space–the piazza. Its idea is to create an identity, provide orientation and enable collaboration. It accentuates and reflects the brand’s tonality authentically.
