The Marketplace concept heralds the next generation of O2 shops and transforms them into modern markets. Here, approaching the customer emotionally through customer experiences stands in the foreground. The objective is a special sustainable shopping experience, implemented in central branch stores throughout Germany including the flagship store in Munich.
Proximity to the customer and straightforward support. For this, we designed a spacious, welcoming spatial concept, arranged along the offerings for home use and on the go. Individually designed areas and surfaces in the branch stores set the scene while incorporating the respective region in a mixture of Tape Art and environment.
Entertainment and interaction, where they assist service and information. An overarching media concept synchronizes entertainment formats, independent perusal of product information and edited Pushed News.
