From July to September 2012 the Olympic spirit spreads from London around the world — for official partner SAMSUNG Electronics it’s a one of a kind opportunity to transport its brand values together with the world’s largest sporting event. Visitors to the Olympic Park were invited to learn about SAMSUNG’s innovative mobile portfolio in and around the PIN, on a 400m² area.
During the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, main sponsor SAMSUNG used a pop-up concept in order to present its commitment to the international sport as well as its product portfolio. Pavillons, the PINs, which are mobile and easy to install and remove, were installed at various locations.
The characteristic glass and steel structures that accompanied, for example, the Olympic torch relay, created a valuable environment for the presentation of the SAMSUNG brand and its products. Temporary brand messages with a distinctive design and sophisticated technical solutions.
